Wooden Christmas baubles
Wooden Christmas baubles are made from 3 mm thick plywood using laser cutting and laser engraving. Colour graphics, including full-colour designs, can also be applied using pad printing.
For two-layer baubles, the two plywood layers are glued together, resulting in a total thickness of 6 mm.
All manufacturing processes are carried out in-house, which allows us to offer not only our standard 80 mm bauble (overall dimensions: 80 × 88 mm), but also custom sizes and completely custom shapes tailored to your design.
Production time depends on the complexity of the design and is usually 2–3 weeks.
To start your wooden Christmas bauble project, simply send us your idea and artwork. We will prepare a free digital preview, or several design options if required, and send them to you for approval. Once the final design has been approved, we can begin production.
Size & Printing Area
- 80 mm in diameter (80 mm x 88 mm) with printing area in same size-80 mm in diameter.
- Customer’s size and shape are welcome
Material & colors
- Plywood 3mm available in 3 colors :neutral,red wood,valnut (grey) wood.
- The ball can be made in one or two layers. The two layers are cut separately, then processed - printed or engraved - and then glued together.
- The double-layer wooden ball has a thickness of 6 mm.
Production method
- Laser cutting;

- Padprinting for printing images from 1 to 5 colors;
- Fullcolors images can be printed also.
Packaging
- Wooden Christmas balls can be packed in a polybag or an polybag with a flip;
- Add ribbon or thread, available in several colors;
- You can also add a wooden or paper tag with a greeting inscription.
